Why I Write
This is the heart behind the books, songs, and resources.

For years, I lived under the weight of depression and anxiety, questioning my worth and wondering if I would ever feel peace.

God met me in the deepest, darkest secret places and began a patient and gentle work of healing, identity, and renewal that changed everything.

My prayer is that every resource help other daughters of God, especially my own daughters, know their worth in God’s eyes, return to His Presence and Peace, to take the next faithful step with Him. We don't have to let pressure lead us or take our hope, joy or energy.
